A. R. Miller Engineering, Inc. is founded on providing quality civil engineering in Central Florida for the private sector as well as for local municipalities and governments.

Our History

Established in 1982, A. R. Miller Engineering, Inc. has been providing consulting civil engineering services for both the public and private sectors. With two licensed professional engineers and additional civil engineering and technical support staff, the firm has specialized in detailed paving, grading, drainage, underground utilities and stormwater management design. Through careful management and the application of the latest technology the firm has been able to perform projects within strict time constraints while providing a high quality product. This attention to detail has been demonstrated on projects for the State of Florida, City of Orlando, Orange County, Seminole County, the City of Edgewood, City of Winter Garden, Town of Windermere, United States Postal Service and for various private concerns throughout the state.

While the firm has stressed an importance on basic engineering fundamentals we are constantly improving our knowledge with the equipment and techniques that are now available to the design professions. An important part of this concept has been the successful use of computer aided design and drafting capabilities. The firm has accomplished this with the HASP-DIGICAL system that was first implemented in early 1986 and now with the aid of AUTOCAD Civil 3D. Having perfected the use of these systems we are now able to produce very high quality drawings while saving a substantial amount of time. The end result is not only in saving time, but in a higher quality design.
